Basic Russian-- Book Two is intended for the second year student who has covered the material in Book One or its equivalent. Building upon the achievements of the first volume, the present text aims to increase the student's fluency in oral expression, develop his skill in reading and aural comprehension , and extend his understanding of the fundamentals of grammar.
